      Great Company for New Grads

      Pros

      MongoDB provides a wide range of positions for new grads to pick three and rotate on each for about 5-6 weeks before deciding a permanent team. While teams have completely different tech stacks and style (from system programing to front-end development, C++ to Go, large department to small start-up style team), they all share the same great culture.

      Cons

      It's hard to apply for new grads directly and most of them are return interns.

      Pros

      I truly feel valued as an employee through excellent compensation (including recognition for achievements) and benefits such as paid parental leave, equity, medical insurance, and so much more. We are lucky to have a flexible working model which allows for working remotely, by removing my commute most of the time it's done wonders for the extra time I get with my daughter. I get so much support from my management and the wider team, the culture is amazing, and our interview process is second to none to ensure we only hire the best talent that fits our culture. Awesome career opportunities. We are truly a disruptor in our industry, so it can only get better!
