      Pros

      The team at MongoDB makes you feel welcome from day one with a strong collaborative culture focused on getting you set up to succeed at your role and prepared to be promoted when the time comes. Also, the product is undeniably the best in class and developers know this. That makes it easier to grow and get you well-positioned to follow the velocity of the organization in your career.

      Cons

      Really technical products can be a little overwhelming to get you running at the beginning but MongoDB provides excellent training to make sure you can succeed.

      Pros

      - I work on an awesome team and learn a lot every day. I'm always excited about whichever ticket I'm working on, and that's not an accident -- my manager and director ask me what I'm interested in and try to assign me work in those areas. - Lots of Employee Resource Groups that help you find mentors, and get advice when you need it. - My mentors have helped me deal with constructive feedback, and to grow as an engineer. I really feel like the senior engineers here celebrate my growth and want me to do as well at MongoDB as possible.
