      My first year at MongoDB has been an unforgettable year! I've never worked for a company quite like it. The core values alignment with my own were/are so important and they align up everyday. The team and leaders I work closely with are all here to support and champion one another. I love working for the company and with my team. Knowing there is always room for career progression is a great way to always keep you motivated.
