      Pros

      - Sales process is outstanding - Product has momentum in the market and makes it convenient to sell - Engineers and other teams are quite capable and provide constantly new features and different perspectives on how to solve problems in the market - Office space in Dublin is quite nice

      Cons

      - Work can become quite repetitive - Lack of in-person events - For people who are adverse to constant change & especially changing priorities the firm can become overwhelming
