      I've been here for 1 year and I haven't had any regrets. I consider that MongoDB as a company provides the correct level or work challenge and space needed for a healthy work/life balance. The projects are challenging however doable and with the correct resources allocated. I rarely find myself stressed because of work or missing resources to do my work.

      I can't say I have any. In all my professional life I never been as content with a job as I am now
