      I've been here for 6 months now and am still blown away by this company. The product is brilliant, the company strategy & vision is spot on (IMHO) and the drive to continuously improve on the execution is a recipe for success. Yes it's hard work and you do need to put the effort in but you are rewarded with working with some amazing people and a management team who work incredibly hard to bring out the best in you.

      Cons

      As with most companies during COVID19 it can feel like the working day is much longer and harder. But to this has been recognised and we are encouraged to ensure we manage our time effectively taking into account sufficient down time.
