      Pros

      The best part about working with MongoDB is its culture and transparency in process. As a young company it has a lot of growth prospects which enables it to stand out from the crowd. The management has the direction and the force to drive it. In terms of growth and its culture, this company would beat the so called FAANG/MAANG based companies which are building an app or product. But MongoDB is in a market which no one has ever been able to compete in the last 5 decades.

      Cons

      Trust me, NONE! I have been here for more than 3 years now and I dont feel a con as of now. Its a challenging, fast paced environment, either you grow or you perish.
