Autonomy: Maybe I lucked out with my managers/team but I have an incredible structure that allows me to pursue projects in a way I feel is most optimal. I can prioritize as I feel needed (with a degree of constraint). Mastery: Learning and personal development is prioritized above everything, we have an entire day dedicated to education where no meetings are allowed to take place. Purpose: #1 NoSQL database out there, and we truly see the difference post-MongoDB implementation makes in developers release cycles, productivity, etc. It's remarkable that this technology is making such a huge impact across every industry.

I'm surrounded by intelligent individuals who genuinely care about my thought process and well-being. - Emphasis on work life balance - Generous PTO - Energy days - Great healthcare benefits, including a Headspace subscription!

Cons

Difficult to Sell and Cannot Expect WLB at all... OT & No Weekend are BAU. Cause have very high managing factors to follow.
