Pros

You will be given time to learn and skill up. Everyone is great and always happy to take time out of their day to help you. Feedback is given and received like I have never seen before. Focus on sustainable pace is amazing. So much cool stuff to learn. Perks are amazing. You have access to a lot of support from your teammate, team lead, and management.

Cons

Some processes don't hold up, because the company is growing at an impressive speed. Some further training needs to get developed for non-technical roles.

- Its been 1.5 years with MongoDB & the journey has been amazing so far. Everyone is approachable & helpful. - Great work-life balance. Never felt the need to work off-hours (except a few times) - Good perks (food, health benefits, equity, etc) - Work culture is awesome - Great Leadership
