      Pros

      Although it's only been a year, joining MongoDB really has been an inflection point in my career already, the technology, team, and leadership are exceptional. Promotions are regular and the focus on development is top class. Hiring standard is exceptionally high and the culture is very collaborative. Remote/flexible working is also a benefit.

      Cons

      Challenging - you are regularly challenged to be better and deliver on your commitments. Scaling - the organisation is still in hyper-growth and sometimes this means processes and ways of working are lagging behind the business need.
