      Pros

      - Fantastic enablement (week in New York, weekly training, resources and customer stories) - Very good earning potential - Good culture / committed leadership

      Cons

      - Lots of process and paperwork to get your head around. Relentless focus on PG can be frustrated by 1/3 seeming dedicated to reporting and planning. However, after a few months you begin to see the method in the madness: important to listen carefully as it's there to make you better. Forces you to become very efficient / careful with your time. But hard work and can be very frustrating at times.

      Training & onboarding, promotions are clearly defined and are based on objective results, travel opportunities. Support from management.

      Cons

      This is a company where you make a career, not a learning experience, so expectations are super high and they expect all employees to overachieve.
