      MongoDB has one of the best culture and it invests a lot on its employees. I had one of the best interview experience with MongoDB. Everyday brings a new learning with itself.

      Pros

      Every employee from top-down invest in each other's success, you can literally reach out to an SVP find time on their schedule for a 1:1 and ask them questions for insight or best practices. Best sales company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      Mongo is still building its sales org. at a rapid pace, and there is still room for improvement with onboarding
