Pros
I consult with customers who are generally new to MongoDB, or they are quite experienced in the database, but have never looked into Realm or Charts. There is so much to be explored there and so many benefits from creating integrated applications that it is still very much a joy to show to so many customers the possibilities.
Cons
The downside is that we are very busy. And we have grown into a much bigger company. Internally there are people who do not even know what a consulting engineer does. Then there are people who do not realize that you spend your days in front of a customer or working for them. You have to be quick at managing expectations.
