      Pros

      They invest alot in personal development and give ADR's alot of resources to understand the technology. Overall MongoDB has great MGMT and great AE's to work with.

      Cons

      Pay could be alot more competitive, & they dont offer RSU's.

      Pros

      Leadership is great, product is industry-leading, culture is encouraging (and challenging in a good way) and there's lot of opportunity to make good money as a sales rep. Worked here for three years and very thankful for the time. Ended my time working for the director out of Denver, who is a phenomenal rep and truly cares for his reps.

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart. Not a place for reps to come coast at the end of their career. But if you put in the work you'll learn a ton and make a ton.

      Pros

      Great resume builder if you want to stay in the technical space.

      Cons

      Almost everyone is a new to their level of management, which causes growth pains. Lots of duplicated admin work for the sake of giving upper management visibility to things they can already find elsewhere. After you get promoted and accepted for the next role, you still have to stay in your current role for another additional quarter and hit 100% on both quotas before getting moved up.
