      Lot of Opportunities, should have an eye to identify those. Flexibility to take WFH, change shifts. 8 hrs working. Opportunities to travel and meet the onshore team. Free food twice a week.

      High growth company in a massive market. Leading modern general purpose database platform. The best sales enablement and training in the industry. Amazing leaders. Upper management genuinely cares about the sales team from top down. They're accessible, outgoing, and transparent. Great culture and values. Departments work together closely and are always there to help out if needed.

      High attrition, long sales cycles. Selling open source database software is difficult.
