      Pros

      This is a place where the money is good and the technology is great, but the people and career opportunities are not.

      Cons

      There is no consistent standard for leveling of Product Managers, leadership just makes stuff up as they go without communicating about it. The relationship between Product and Engineering is pathologically bad. The only way to grow here is to step over the dead bodies. This is one of the worst jobs I've ever had in a long career. My leadership couldn't care less about me or my career, they only manage up.

      Smart folks, decent pay, developed career ladder. Engineering driven leadership. Some Healthy systems and processes.

      Cons

      Votatile stocks. Culture isn't super developed. Some Leadership is questionable in authenticity.
