      Pros

      Quality of leadership / company mindset. A lot of talents to learn from. A great/solid product with many unique differentiators. Many solid customer references (the product is enterprise ready, supports critical workloads). Great sales process. Quality of enablement.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment, things move all the time. It can be disturbing when coming from a big company. There is sometimes a lack of alignment between people on the sale process while working on an opportunity. Work / life balance is a challenge, you have to put your own limits as you always have things to keep you busy.
