We're building something special here and there is a shared accountability of what to learn from failure, and what to repeat from successes. - A leadership team that continues to invest in its sales force, and continues to make the right moves in the market.

      - High growth means high expectations - that's not for everyone. - A leadership team that operates flat, meaning there are fewer places to hide - again, that's not for everyone.
