      Pros

      Incredibly smart people, recently significantly improved sales organization and huge opportunity.

      Cons

      Yes, it took turning over significant portion of previously ineffective sales organization, but those who are left (and new arrivals) are being held accountable, and are delivering fantastic results.

      The product is maturing so a lot of the previous criticisms are now invalid. Good technical people.

      Cons

      For the size of the company there is a lot of internal politics. The culture is becoming less technical over time.

      Pros

      Everyone I work with is incredibly smart and I can always rely on their expertise and professionalism. I enjoy coming to work and the challenges we face are exciting and engaging. The culture here is very laid back but hard-working. There is quite a difference between sales and engineering and everything in between. However, I feel that all employees are valued and are incentivized with very competitive compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      There are some people who want to cling to the small startup they originally joined 2 years ago and are frustrated with being held to public company-sized expectations. A lot is asked of employees here but on the whole, we are given what we need to be successful.
