Great solution with humongous positive business impact for end customers and amazing skilled solutions architects.

Cons

Senior sales people are not treated with respect. People's private lives and inner well being are not as important as pumping up the pipeline. Spamming their customers through stealthy/ spooky sales tools, which many of the customers (your most important assets) do not appreciate and in certain countries has even been prohibited by law! Senior sales people are not solely being used for senior activities but more importantly for Pipeline Generation and cold calling/ - qualifying and manual spam list building with. Bullying and management by fear BS strategy.

Excellent leadership team. The market loves MongoDB and wants more. The company is firing on all cylinders. Great to be part of something big. Lots of opportunity for professional growth. I have made many close friends while working here.

Cons

We're moving fast and doing new things, so you have to be ready for a quick pace of change and have tolerance for ambiguity.

- Interns have real responsibilities, are involved in decision making meetings, and get to work on projects that are significant to the future of the company - Company culture is great. Fellow interns were very sociable with top tier technical skills - MongoDB has a variety of opportunities for interns, including front-end work, as well as system level database work - Mongo does a lot to ensure interns have a great time, including setting them up in great housing together at NYU

Cons

- It may be difficult to get excited about working on a database - Variety of intern projects vary greatly, some were probably less interesting
