      Pros

      MongoDB is a very dynamic organisation where ideas for improvement are always welcomed - and seriously considered. The company culture overall is very inclusive and this the first company I've worked for that truly lives and acts by its company values. Of course it's not perfect, and of course there's always things that can be improved upon, but there's a strong will to continuously improve and a very collaborative culture to support that. That's what makes this such a great place to work for me!

      Cons

      Historically this has been - and in most dimensions still is - a very sales-oriented organisation. This sometimes leads to too big of a misalignment between the sales organisation and the delivery teams.

      Pros

      Great place to learn, and fast-track you career as there is genuine commitment from leadership to promote internally. Little politics and great colleagues.

      Cons

      The all hands on deck, all the time culture that comes with a fast-growing, dynamic company can be challenging at times and isn't for everyone.
