      Pros

      - The place to be to develop your skills as a sales exec - Massive market opportunity and game changing product. This is going to be a HUGE company - The best comp plans I have ever seen - Great training at all levels - Culture of meritocracy and performance - Highly supportive management both in the US and EMEA

      Cons

      The usual startup fast growth pains, but I'd rather take them then big company boredom.

      - surrounded by elite talent, new leadership and new hires - very important time in company's growth - life changing story to be a part of / very dynamic / culture of winning - make a TON of money

      Cons

      - wouldn't recommend if you're not able to commit to the pace of a startup and/or standards that come with very high level of talent

      Technology is awesome. Very smart people - I feel like I learn something new every day. Visionary leadership to take company to the next level.

      There has been a lot of change recently, and not everyone views this positively. People tend to be 100% bought in or not happy.
