      Pros

      The technology is great, it just works and it keeps evolving and innovating. Customers love it which makes my experience a customer facing employee indeed more pleasant. The leadership team is very experienced and committed and this is driving growth at a fast steady pace.

      Cons

      Facing some growth challenges, it needs a little more structure in some areas and to oil some of the processes. But that's part of the journey and personally being part of shaping the company's future is one of the reasons I wanted to join. I can see that plans are in place and being implemented so I'm confident we'll get there.

      Pros

      - In the sales organisation you are trusted straight away. The hiring process is such that there's a belief by leadership that you as an individual contributor know what you're doing. This is different from many organisations where you have to "earn" trust before leadership lets you run. - This culture is refreshingly straight forward, there are no politics. - The products work - no escalations, customers super happy & wanting to do more with us all the time. - $60bn+ marketplace to go after (every App needs a DB) meaning massive growth opportunities for every employee. - We are the most loved technology by developers so there such a buzz around MongoDB in the market. - The Stockholm office has a great culture of helping one another, sharing stories, having fun and constantly finding creative ways to be successful as a team. - Lots of internal promotions, opportunities to present within wider team training sessions. - Learn from the best in the business - there are so many amazing talents here who are open to sharing how they continue to succeed.

      Cons

      - It's high intensity, hard work and not for everyone, even if it is super rewarding. - The business is still similar to a startup due to the immense growth, so it's about ensuring we keep the growth mindset whilst keeping the great culture we have today. I know that with the leadership we have in place they are up to the task!
