      Incredible product and people. Some management issues.

      Pros

      The product is loved by users all over the world. It is incredibly powerful, yet simple. The people there are really great - very caring.

      Cons

      The upper management on the tech side have a lot to be desired. They are incredibly smart, but have absolutely 0 people skills.

      Pros

      exciting technology, great, smart employees who are fun to work with. people work hard but can still have lives. good office space. they're going places.

      Cons

      this isn't the place to work if you want extravagant perks like facebook and google have. growing fast so some things aren't organized yet, but that will come with time. hopefully they develop some of the great people from within and allow ways to advance, but i'm not confident that will happen.

      Great technology, smart people, moving really fast

      Pros

      Really cool technology that customers/users love. Staff is smart, hard working, and fun. Company is growing extremely fast so there are lots of opportunities for professional development. Office space is awesome (adjustable height desks!!) and there are great perks (free bootcamp & yoga classes, free lunch 2x/week, annual all company meeting, social events like trivia night).

      Cons

      Fast growth so be prepared for constant change. There are definitely opportunities for advancement but there isn't a clear path - you have to seek it out yourself. There is so much to do - it can be hard to know when to stop!
