Managers of other teams make a concerted effort to collaborate so we're always learning from one another - You work with a wide range of customers and teams, so no day is really the same - it's always exciting and you're always learning and growing - Leadership genuinely cares about career growth and wellbeing. The work life balance can ebb and flow like any company but time off is strongly encouraged - There is a thorough ramp period to help get you up to speed on all things Mongo - There is a genuine appreciation for CSMs within Sales and other internal ecosystem partners - Leadership is relatable and approachable. There's opportunities to engage with leadership throughout the year in meaningful ways - you're not just one of many within their org - Pay is competitive for CS

- This job is what you make of it - it's challenging but rewarding. It's beneficial to come in with some foundation of app development to get a little head start - Ramp period can feel long but it's worth it! You're constantly learning new things which can be overwhelming at times but there's so many people to help / ask questions to. You're always supported - Sentiment on managers, teams, and sales relationships can sometimes vary between regions, but overarching dynamics are positive. Leadership is highly receptive to feedback on working relationships and enact change based on that feedback
