MongoDB is a great place to work. There is a heavy focus on development and career advancement. In the xDR role the goal is to teach you as much possible to prepare you for the next steps in your career. The team is fun to work with and vert motivated. It is a fast paced environment that allows you to own your business and play to your strengths, while still working within the team and org.
Cons
It can be hectic at times because things move quickly and sometimes change quickly. One should enjoy working hard, being flexible, and open communication with your managers.
