Pros

Some of the world's best people to work with. A very open, honest and inclusive culture. Approachable senior executives. Interaction with other business units, like support and sales. Good pay, flexible working hours, great office location, free food some days, etc .. all the perks that are quite regular in the industry now.

Cons

I miss working with smaller teams and knowing everyone in the office. As the company grows, the small family feel keeps drifting away.

Pros

The company is extremely transparent, even on tough topics. The career paths are very clear and it really feels like everyone wants you to succeed. The job is challenging but everyone is very supportive and ready to help no matter which team they work on. Pay and benefits are top of the market. I like to add that in general it seems like the company and management care about your overall well being. I joined during COVID and I think they handled the situation really well.

Cons

Nothing relevant, sometimes it's difficult to grasp how all the pieces come together but at this scale it's kind of normal.
