Joined Mongo 3 months ago and recently completed my probation. From a smooth, well-paced onboarding to a supportive team, the experience has been top-tier so far. The remote flexibility paired with engaging offsite events works perfectly. The engineering culture sets a incredibly high standard.

Cons

The only challenge so far has been the sheer volume of design documents to review and meetings happening, which can feel a bit overwhelming at times. Aside from that, significant company leadership changes.
