I love how the company has so many intelligent engineers and I am very lucky to be working with them. Career growth is supported and have internal processes where you can work with managers to take it where you want to take it.

Cons

while career growth is good, it is really hard to stand out in the crowd and get noticed, probably a very important aspect to move forward in your career.
