      - Some really great people in the mix who truly do care about the work and the success of their teammates - A solid cultural foundation - Good projects to work on

      Cons

      - Some false promises, could be due to financial situation, but did not receive growth as expected - Definitely favoritism/nepotism, hard to make an impact when you're being overlooked or simply neglected whether it's disorganized management or simply people having this ego that they deserve to have their presence felt on projects more than others, extremely discouraging for younger employees trying to find their place - Top-heavy

      Great for folks green in their careers, who want to gain 360 insight to the mechanics of building brands.

      Cons

      There’s a false sense of having a share of voice, where time is wasted making decisions via committee, only to end up with one or two leaders having the final word. Favoritism and nepotism from leaders is common, and toxic employees are given a pass if they’re considered “good.”
