Great company culture with ability to make your own way
Pros
The people here are the best people I’ve ever worked with. You get the best of both worlds, Denver and New York offices and can work as remotely as you want while also having home bases when you want that connection. I love working remotely but love that the company is big enough that if I am craving human connection I can go into the office and there’s always people there. Incredibly smart people that become personal friends. I can barely count the amount of weddings, kids birthdays, any type of sporting event invites I get from colleagues. It feels like I’m working with my friends everyday. Work is challenging but there’s always help no matter which department you need it from. Room to grow or switch roles which I really appreciate. They invest in the person and not in the role. I know so many people that came in as one position and switched to a different department and leadership/management was more than supportive. The running joke is “be careful what you ask for because they will say yes” Very supportive of diversity/inclusion and big proponents of psychological safety. Clear definition of roles and what it takes to move to the next level (newer development) I RARELY work past 5pm so best work life balance I’ve ever had
Cons
Parking (there’s like 50 spaces for Denver) but when we are in this remote world not really a con. Just come in when you want to.
