      Pros

      Financially stable, some really smart people, some cool clients

      Cons

      Below-market compensation, upward mobility is less-than-accessible and raises are extremely tough to secure, way too top-heavy, a lot of turnover, and the beliefs of one of the company's leaders are disagreeable and made me question whether any of the actions the company took in 2020 were actually sincere or just for show.

      People-first strategy, largest independent brand experience company in the country, top talent from across the country with diverse brands who are empowered to challenge industry norms and do what is right for clients, we don't have financial goals and are driven instead by great work with great people

      Growing fast, so working hard to keep up with the pace (technology, hiring, etc.)

      Solid grasp of traditional branding deliverables, quick immersion into the work, large departments mean you work with a variety of people

      Cons

      Healthcare projects are repetitive and stale. Upward mobility is extremely difficult. New approaches or ideas are not supported.
