Salary structure is ok, team member is helpful, infrastructure investment is well done by management,

Cons

HR should be pro active, Micromanagement should be avoided, KRA should be clear during hiring process and should focus on hiring more of B2B people than hiring technical Recruiter for lead generation role. Canteen system should be more employees pocket friendly.
