Fun, load environment with lots of coworkers and constant flow of guests and things to do.

Cons

If you are a more introverted or reserved person, the restaurant does thrive on the loud and vibrant environment, so it may not be the working environment for you.

Incredible benefits including monkey money that you earn by being a good teammate and can be spent on food and alcohol. The culture is indescribable and it’s one of those jobs you just can’t duplicate. You work in a beautiful place that serves a handcrafted menu that you can be proud of and even on a bad day, you don’t have to take the job home with you. I was blessed with an amazing management team and coworkers at the Ko’Olina location.

Cons

Long walk to the employee parking lot. Monthly mandatory deep clean of the restaurant.
