Pros

Nice coworkers. Good benefits (insurance, help in crisis, other)

Cons

Low salary, with little increase per year. Hard physical work, not always as safe in practice as on paper. Stressfull, full workload.

Pros

I have never had a coworker at Monki that I've not gotten along with. Everyone are generally friendly. The brand if colourful and fun, and attracts customers of all ages.

Cons

The pay is barely livable. As part of the management team, you'd think your pay would be better, but in my 5 years with the company, the minimum wage has barely increased at all compared to the cost of living. When you give it your all, are told by new management that you're doing everything wrong, and then don't have any money left after rent and bills, it can kind of make you feel like just another replaceable cog in the capitalist machine.
