Pros

Great people (generally) You get a 25% discount at all H&M group stores; sales are excellent Excellent location

Cons

Well... they don't seem to like people if they don't fit a certain profile (e.g. if you're of another ethnicity, or over a certain age). Not quite as inclusive as they would have you think.
