Things kept going downhill every few months for the designers and creatives, even to date.

The company has gone through significant layoffs and reduced investment in its Canadian operations and in the US as well. Leadership presence in Canada has diminished, with many departures, and hiring efforts are now more focused on other regions such as Latin America for a lot of roles, especially non client facing roles.
