      Good experience, good coworkers, nice projects

      Cons

      It's very hard to get a raise. Last year they gave 1% raises. Promotions are equally difficult. The company is swiftly losing money and employees.

      Pros

      Some of the teams are tight knit and there’s definitely some kind people working at Monks.

      Cons

      Salaries are absolutely comical. Sales process and -strategy are non existent, sales strategy is “yes” which leads to burnouts, reckless decision making and horrible expectation management and delivery quality. Pressure on executing teams is high, and ownership and getting care and support is nowhere to be found. Leadership is an absolute joke.
