      Proper onboarding, good atmosphere, amazing clients, best in class tooling and capabilities. Leader in digital/ AI innovation. Very good international network.

      Cons

      Fast growth of the company in recent years means that management is always catching up on things. Too many verticals within the company combined an output/production driven way of working, making working on an integrated/ cross capability client a challenge.
