      Flexible working hours, as long as the job is done and meetings are attended you're open to do what you like.

      Pros

      Used to have such a great dynamic between workers and had a great vibe with everyone.

      Cons

      Got absorbed by Media Monks and is a shell of what it used to be. There was a mass exodus after folks like me were let go at the end of 2023. Good luck having good work-life balance. Everyone is tapped out to the max as a cog in a bigger machine now that doesn’t care about its workers even further. Definitely stay away if you’re able to.
