      Free snacks, nice office, nothing more

      Cons

      extremely unhealthy workplace, mentally draining job, unorganized and rude managers, very bad management, multiple times asked to work overtime and on weekends, even on holidays!! Everyone in the team is passive aggressive and overall morale is below zero, Very high workload and 0 compensation. Would never recommend anyone

      Easy to balance with freelance work. Not that much to do. Great coworkers

      Cons

      -The bar was very low for creative copywriting work. -Lots of short (1-2 day) projects that -Stuck on the same boring project for years - there's a structural inflexibility that made me feel totally stuck and without a voice.
