      Pros

      It's a cool place to be if you care about cool company culture in the office. There are a lot of creatives there so this is to be expected. Endless beer and coffee, snacks. Friendly people. Company parties are fun.

      Cons

      They wanted teams to be more days in the office than remote. The salaries are quite low.
