Some very talented people on board

Cons

They burn people, they squeeze everythibg out of you wirhout giving you even the simplest appreciation back. Very much politics going on in management, bold words, no action and very disfunctional organized. They keep employees small instead of develof them or not even give them konstructive feedback and space for self development. Sont listen to problems and just pretend to di better. Pointing fingers on the enployees but never ask what the actual problem was or foster development. All in all a very toxic place to work.
