      Pros

      Competitive salary. Good, organized onboarding. Good DEI.

      Cons

      Uninspiring client work. Bad work-life balance. Inexperienced senior staff. Revolving door of staff. Good onboarding, but not reflective of how the company actually works. Met very few employees who'd been there for more than three years. Most people are very nice, a few are not or missed the onboarding.
