Pros

Nice office, colleagues and snacks.

Cons

- No work life balance - Forget to have a life after work you will be constantly asking to login. Basically is expected you to be 24/7 - if you don't forget about to progress. - No Mental health - Despite to have company policy in general no body care about your mental health. There is a constant stress and urgency in all the tasks that is unable for you to work effectively - No organisation - probably one of the reasons of urgency on all the tasks - No real Unlimited holidays, lucky if you are able to reach the legal 20 days in UK. If you go on holidays is most likely you will be reach out.
