Managers are very co operative and everyone is helpful and understanding

Cons

Technical project details are not discussed and reviewed in a detailed way which eventually impacts developers and lead to a strict deadlines

Pros

- Good benefits. - Competitive salary (if you negotiate it properly). - Favors horizontal organizational structures. - Outstanding human capital and client portfolio. - Great culture.

Cons

- Lacks proper structure. The agency is so big now that it's close to impossible to revert this situation. - Communication between ops and leads/PMs is not great sometimes, causing overlaps and bureaucratic overhead. - THE GRIND. - Any other industry-related shenanigans you can imagine.
