      Great people care. great jobs.

      Cons

      need better leaders or at least coach current leaders to be better at their jobs. They can spend a lot on some other things but don't invest enough time to work with their people.

      My team and is the only pro.

      Cons

      Management is not good. Executives are even worse. They don’t know what they are doing, They don’t care about the employees or their well being. They have been “secretly” laying off employees for over a year now and expecting everyone else to pick up the pieces with no sort of catch up time. HR is literally help, they are not for the employees. They never have answers to your questions and they make you go to others ask, like a game of telephone. Work environment is toxic and executives only care for themselves.
