      The people! Friendly, collaborative and smart people who are equally kind as they are smart. *MediaMonks is quite siloed so this is the experience in my discipline.

      Cons

      Comments related to senior management - poor communication, poor management, no consideration for their people, we were only numbers getting them to their bottom line.
