Nothing Special. Every secood company offering the same kind of benefits. Do not join them otherwise you will regret later. I would prefer to rate them in Minus

From the last 2 years, we are hearing about hiring freeze. Lots of lay offs in last 3 months without thinking about the families impacted by this decision due to incompetent leadership/management. Every month in employees meeting, we hear from MD about the justification of layoffs and to be prepared for the upcoming one. No pay raise from the last 2 years. Too much acquisitions without proper planning and long term goals which resulted in a current situation. They do not have any directions where higher management only saving their own Jobs.
