      Pros

      They offer above average pay and work with huge enterprises. Lots to learn.

      Cons

      Culture is quite toxic and just recently, they laid off so many employees with a lot of them now struggling to pick themselves up. You can easily get stuck in a role within Monks. It can be a thankless job and you will feel like you are just a tool and never really part of a 'family'. Loyalty means nothing to Monks.
